Investigation and Vigilance

As a Head of Investigation and Vigilance is leading the recruitment team, background verification team and vigilance team. He ensures the team delivery of quality guards, antecedent verification, Vigilance Service and enhances client support services to deliver high standards.

He has worked in Karnataka Police Services for 30 years, and has worked as Superintendent of Police with extensive experience in leading Law and Order, CID, CCB, Intelligence, Vigilance and Traffic wings.

Mr. B B Sakri is a President Of India Award Winner.

As an Advisor Security Operations Major Sudhir is responsible for Operational Support Services. In Indian Army Major Sudhir has served 22 years across India and is also a member of Life Member of M/s. United Service Institute of India, New Delhi. The Patron is – “President of India”. Life member of Indian Institute of Security Management, Bangalore Associate Member of Indian Institute of Materials Management, Bangalore

He has Held various positions at the highest level for about 15 years after retirement from Army i.e. Departmental Head Security & Vigilance in PSU (Defence), Departmental Head Property Management services, Head General Administrations in MNC and Chief Executive of Private Ltd. Company In the field of Security, Investigation and Facility Management.

He has also worked in HAL, IDEB, Carrier, Stalwart, Eagle Detective, Topsgrup and SISA to name a few.

Human Resources and Finance

Responsible for critical functions of Human Resource, Finance and Statutory Compliances.

Pramila has raised from the ranks an Executive and is today Head Human Resource and Finance at Guard India. She has done her Masters in Business Administration. She has been working strategically improving company policies and procedures and strengthening the HR and Finance team that supports our employees and empowers them to develop their careers.

Worked in companies like CPIL, Godrej, Equation and so on with more than 15 years of relevant experiences.
